We recommend we work together from the initial ideas phase, so that we can use the right experts to ensure it’s successful from the beginning. Otherwise, we can collaborate with your architects and designers of choice during the design process, or work with existing drawings.

The first step is always to learn about you – your future plans and everything you want in a new home. This includes the scope of work, your budget, and any architects or other service providers you want to work with. At this stage we will give you a ballpark quote so you can decide if you want to go further.

We work with you and the architect (yours or ours) to plan out a rough concept.
Design and Refine
Design and Refine
At this stage, it’s highly effective to bring in an interior designer as we nut out the exact dimensions and plans. They can also be an invaluable resource when selecting fixtures and fittings – ultimately making the entire process much easier and more rewarding.
Quotation
Quotation
Once we have all designs and specifications, we prepare a formal cost estimate.

Building
Once you have signed the contract and applicable insurances and approvals are in place, we are ready to begin the building process. We stay in close communication with you from signing to handover, and make the process as easy for you as possible.
